By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring campaign-related SMS and MMS messages from or on behalf of the Committee to Elect Allen Caruso at the mobile number you provided.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a campaign contribution, attending an event, volunteering, purchasing goods or services, or otherwise supporting the campaign.

Messages may include:

  • Campaign news and candidate updates;

  • Event announcements and reminders;

  • Volunteer opportunities;

  • Voter-registration and voter-engagement information;

  • Fundraising solicitations;

  • Contribution and donation reminders;

  • Petition or survey requests;

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Subscribers will generally receive approximately two to eight messages per month. Message frequency may increase during time-sensitive campaign activities, special events, fundraising deadlines, early voting, or the period immediately preceding an election.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile-service plan. The Committee to Elect Allen Caruso is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5. How to Stop Messages

You may opt out and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Committee.

After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request. No additional campaign text messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent to receive them.

Other commonly recognized opt-out requests, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE, may also be honored where supported by our messaging provider.
